Pusat Pemulihan Psikososial (PSR) Pasir Mas telah ditubuhkan pada Jun 2005. Kini setelah lebih setahun bergerak, jumlah peserta untuk pemulihan adalah seramai 24 orang terdiri dari 6 orang perempuan dan selebihnya adalah peserta lelaki.
